Blueberry and coconut protein balls

Everyone makes mooncakes for fun during the Mid-Autumn Festival, but mooncakes are too boring and complicated. So I made coconut balls similar to the full moon. Simple, no additives, and can also be eaten by family members when enjoying the moon.
