Steps for stewed pork ribs

    First chop the ribs into small pieces, take only the small ribs in the middle, and blanch them with boiling water to remove the blood foam. Cut the purchased cabbage into small pieces, slice the thick cabbage into thin slices, and soak it in cold water for a while.
