Steps for Kung Pao Chicken

Dice the chicken breast into pieces, marinate and mix with wine, soy sauce, sugar, and cornflour for a while, dice the cucumbers a little, fry the peanuts until done, pepper, onion, ginger, garlic, and dried pepper.

Stir fry the diced chicken in a hot oil pan and discolor. Remove and set aside.
