Steps for Radish pork ribs soup

1
Wash the ribs and cut them into small pieces.
2
Peel the radish and cut it into pieces.
3
Cut a few chives into the ground, and slice ginger into slices.
4
After putting water into the pan and boiling, pour in the washed ribs, blanch until white, take out and dry.
5
Pour a little oil into the pan and heat it up.
6
Add ginger slices and stir fry until fragrant.
7
Pour in the blanched ribs and stir fry slightly.
8
Add a little cooking wine to remove the fishy smell.
9
Pour in three to four times more water than the ribs, bring to a boil over high heat and turn to low heat to simmer slowly.
10
Stew the ribs for an hour and a half and will be crispy. Simmer for about an hour, add radish and continue cooking. (I forgot to take pictures of the radish.) Sprinkle with chopped chives in about half an hour, season and serve in the pan.
