Make your own yogurt
By SunnyLynch
This yogurt is a successful example of "accidentally planting willows" after several previous failures. I was really happy and surprised. I wanted to try making yogurt at school, but I never succeeded. The yogurt produced a lot of water. When I came home during the holiday, I took advantage of the convenience of the kitchen tools at home to visit and make it with a failed mentality. It was better to stay at home and succeed in one go. Hehe, although my photography art is not bad, But I really want to share my handmade work with you, and I can't wait to upload the images I just took online. Don't take offense.

Steps for Make your own yogurt
1
Prepare the ingredients first. In addition to the ingredients such as "original yogurt, pure milk, and white sugar", you must also prepare a sealed crisper. It is best to be a transparent lunch box that can be put in a microwave oven. Make sure it can be sealed, because yogurt is Anaerobic, never use lunch boxes that do not contain iron or aluminum products2
Pour a box of pure milk into a lunch box, add appropriate amount of white sugar (add sugar to taste), stir until the white sugar melts, and put it in the microwave to warm it. If you don't have a microwave, you can directly pour the milk into the pot and warm it up. The temperature is just a little residual temperature is enough3
Pour the can of original yogurt you bought into the warm milk, stir well, cover the box lid and seal it, and place it at a high temperature (Mine is made at night. I put the lunch box in a thick cloth and put it directly into the wardrobe. There are clothes in the wardrobe and the temperature is a bit high, so I don't bother to take care of it)4
It was August of the lunar calendar, and it was just the fourth month of the lunar calendar. The climate was not cold yet. Just wait for 12 hours for the lunch box and it would be fine. When you open the lunch box and see that the yogurt is as thick as rice paste or like tofu flower, then you have succeeded. If the yogurt you make has a layer of clear water on the surface and is a little thin, it will be a failure like I did in the past few times.

You must add white sugar in the second step, because I didn't add white sugar in the past few times, and I ended up failing. This is what my experience tells me that after one incident, Zhang Yizhi
