Steps for Red bean milk ice cream

To prepare the ingredients, place the cornstarch in a bowl.

Put white sugar in a bowl.

Pour in the milk.

Put one egg yolk in a bowl and stir well.

Filter the mixture once with a strainer.

Pour the filtered liquid into a small pot and heat it over the heat. Boiling bubbles appear. Immediately turn to low heat and cook until the liquid becomes thick. Keep stirring in the middle to prevent the pan from getting burnt.

First put a few honey beans in the mold.

Pour the mixed milk liquid into the popsicle mold, and add some honey beans in the middle.

Cover the mold and place it in the freezer of the refrigerator for about 5 hours or more.

When eating, attach the popsicle to the mold and rinse it with water, or leave it at room temperature for a minute or two to easily remove it.
