Steps for Cream pumpkin pie

The amount of pumpkin used depends on the size of the baking pan. The baking pan I use is large, so I use more pumpkins, about half of the pumpkin with a diameter of 20 centimeters.

After washing, peel and remove the seeds, then cut into small pieces and place in a steamer. We don't have cage cloth at home, so we use filter paper.

Remove it after 20 minutes and break it with a blender or grind it with a spoon. Then add the cream or butter, starch and sugar. It is recommended to add more white sugar, so that it will taste much better when steamed.

Take a few cookies, place them in a sealed plastic bag, and roll them into pieces with a rolling pin. Set aside. It is recommended to use pure milk or coarse grain cookies. The cookies I use with chocolate are not the best.

Take a little jam and set aside, or use the packaged sweet fruit to cut into small pieces and set aside.

Take a baking sheet like this with cookie crumbs on the bottom. If you can't buy this baking sheet, use Method 4 to crush a large number of cookies, spread them on a tin foil baking sheet and then tighten them.
