Wash and slice the seaweed, remove all the gills from the fish head; soak the soybeans; peel the ginger.

Put oil in the pan and heat it up.

Add the fish head and fry over medium heat.

Fry one side before frying the other side.

Pan-fry until slightly browned, add water to boil.

After boiling, pour into a earthen pot, add seaweed, soaked soybeans, ginger, and together.

After simmering over low heat for 50 minutes, add the wolfberry, add salt, and simmer for another 10 minutes to serve.
