He is a seaside person himself. Since I came to the United States, I have rarely eaten seafood.

Today, I suddenly remembered that there was still a bag of supermarket shrimp frozen in the refrigerator, so I planned to improve my food. I hesitated for a long time before making it. Should I make shrimp with slippery eggs or shrimp with tomatoes? After hesitating for a long time, I finally decided that since we all wanted to eat it, I would make it a dish. This is today's shrimp and egg stewed with tomatoes.

    When the egg liquid changes from flowing to non-flowing, you need to use chopsticks to flip the shrimp so that the entire shrimp is wrapped in the egg. Therefore, it is not recommended to turn on the heat too high, otherwise the eggs will have been shaped and hardened by the time you regain your senses. Now, due to the addition of cornflour and rice wine in the chicken liquid, the eggs wrapped on the fried shrimp are tender and smooth and fragrant.

After everything is done, filter out the impurities in the pan and leave the base oil. Cut the tomatoes into cross-boiled boiling water, peel the skin, cut into small pieces and pour them into the pan. After frying until a paste, add salt and the prepared shrimp meat (You can choose to add 1 to 2 tablespoons of tomato sauce according to your personal situation). Because I bought tomatoes that are not too ripe yet, I won't add extra sauce. The original flavor is good.
