Steamed rice with potatoes
I rarely go home since college, and I rarely eat the delicious food my mother cooked. Now that I have become a wife, I am farther away from home, and the taste in my memory is a bit vague. I saw a beauty program on TV a few days ago and remembered this steamed rice, so I tried making it myself.

Steps for Steamed rice with potatoes

1
Select the number of potatoes according to your personal consumption, peel and wash them.
2
Grind the potatoes into silk with a wiper and choose a container that is large enough.
3
The shredded potatoes can be rinsed with water or not. I use flour, a mixture of corn flour and corn flour to mix well the shredded potatoes. You can use only flour or corn flour only, and you can control the proportion until the shredded potatoes have almost no moisture.
4
You can add some salt to give it a little flavor. Then put on the steamer.
5
Prepare the ingredients in order: onion (white) ginger shredded garlic, green onion, green pepper, shrimp, and eggs. Feel free to choose what you like.
6
Take a non-stick pan, heat the pan, add a little base oil, pour in the beaten eggs, stir fry, and take out for later use.
7
Add a little base oil again, add green onions, ginger and shredded garlic, and saute until fragrant.
8
Add shrimp and order a little cooking wine.
9
Turn down the heat, add the steamed potatoes, and then turn on high heat and stir.
10
Add Laoganma hot sauce to your taste. Add the eggs and stir fry the green peppers constantly. Add salt, white pepper, stir well, and turn off the heat. Add green onion and chicken essence, mix well, and remove from the pan.

If the shredded potatoes are steamed too much, you can seal them and place them in the refrigerator to stir-fry them at any time. Personally, I think this can be regarded as a staple food, and it would be even better if it was accompanied by a bowl of hot and sour soup.
