Steps for Garlic Carp

Chop the onions, ginger, garlic, and pepper in the seasoning for later use.

Clean the crucian carp, cut twice on each side, wipe it with a little salt, marinate for 20 minutes, and fry it in a frying pan.

Pan-fry until golden brown on both sides.

Leave a little base oil in the frying pan, pour the garlic spicy sauce into and stir fry, add the ingredients in Figure 1, white wine, soy sauce, sugar, vinegar, salt, chicken essence and appropriate amount of water (I added a small bowl), stir fry well.

Pour in the fried carp and blend with the soup.

Simmer for 8 minutes on low heat and the soup becomes thick.
