I finally had time to serve a dish on November 1st. It was the first time I grilled shrimp, and the grilled shrimp were in different shapes. I could only reluctantly pick a few and set them on the plate, but the taste was still OK, haha.

Pick up the large shrimp and put it in, cut off the feet and whiskers, cut off the knife from the back, take out the sand tendons, wash them, and sprinkle with a little salt.2
