Steps for Black-chicken seaweed and papaya soup

Dry seaweed and soak your hair.

Peel the papaya and cut it into slices.

Cut the black chicken into pieces and soak in cold water for half an hour to remove the blood.

Cut the soaked seaweed into slices.

Put seaweed, black chicken, and 3 slices of ginger into a stew cup and fill with water.

Place it in a large pot and simmer for 1 hour.

After 1 hour, add the papaya pieces, continue to simmer for 1 and a half hours, add salt to taste and serve.
