Steps for Apple bacon drumstick roll

Clean the chicken legs.

Peel and core the apples and cut them into 1 cm thick pieces for later use.

Remove the bones of the chicken legs and place them in a large basin.

Add curry and salt and marinate for 10 minutes.

Preheat oven to 225 degrees. Take a piece of chicken leg with the skin side down, add an apple and roll up.

Wrap the chicken leg roll with a piece of bacon and place it on a baking sheet.

Roll all up and place in the oven and bake for 30 minutes.

Add 100Ml cream and bake for another 8-10 minutes.
