Soaked radish fried rice
I excitedly ran to Wal-Mart and bought a bunch of sushi ingredients, and piled them there again when I came back. The ingredients at home are piled like a hill. Although I know I will eat them one day, it's really hard to say which day this is! Fortunately, there is only a small refrigerator. If it had a double door, there would be no place to buy everything from home!

Steps for Soaked radish fried rice

Ingredients: Leftovers, carrots, cucumbers, onions, soaked radishes.

Dicing vegetables.

Sprinkle a little boiling water on the leftovers and stir well with a spoon.

Heat the oil in the pan, add the onions and saute until fragrant.

Pour in the vegetables and stir-fry them until they are done, add salt and chicken essence to season (soaking radish will be salty, control the amount of salt).
