Shredded papaya with sesame sauce
By JohanKoelpin
Green papaya is rich in papaya enzyme, papain, chymosin, carotene, etc.; it is rich in more than 17 amino acids and multiple nutritional elements; it is a kind of nutritious and beneficial but not harmful "fruit treasure". Another effect of it is breast enhancement and beauty, which most people know. Compared with mature papaya, I prefer green papaya because it tastes crispy, especially if I like cold, it is more delicious! I like the taste of sesame paste very much, so I made a combination with green papaya and added a spoonful of Teacher Rice Bud's secret hot sauce. It smells very fragrant!

It is sour and crisp, with a little spicy and fragrant with sesame paste. It is very smooth and delicious. I put too much lemon juice this time, so I should just put in half of the lemon juice.
