Simple steamed red Xun
This steamed Hongxun was taught by a good friend when I was in my hometown. There are not many seasonings, just a package of fast-cooked noodles seasoning bags.

Steps for Simple steamed red Xun

Hong Xun...

Shredded ginger, shredded green onion, shredded pepper, fast-cooked noodles.

Seasoning bag (unlimited brand).

Brush Hong Xun clean with a small brush.

Remove the lid to remove the gills and stomach pockets.

Cut slices and place on a plate.

Put the scallion, shredded ginger, and peppers on the table.

Then sprinkle the fast-cooked noodle seasoning bag on Hong Xun and cover Hong Xun back with the lid.

Boil the water and steam it in a steamer for 8-10 minutes (about Hong Xun's size).

Take out the steamed Hongxun, lift the lid, and remove the shredded onions, ginger and peppers.

Sprinkle with new shredded ginger and pour hot oil on it.
