Grilled shrimp with apple and garlic flavor
I made this grilled shrimp last night. Unexpectedly, my 2-year-old daughter liked it very much. Before it was cooked, she waited by the oven. After roasting, she immediately ate three in a row. After eating it, she shouted,"Give it to me, give it to me." But I roasted too little, so if I gave it to her again, I wouldn't be able to take photos. So I stir-fried more than a dozen shrimps for her, added some light soy sauce, and stir-fried them with the remaining apples and garlic minced. The taste was very great, and she ate them all at once. Grandma said,"The baby is delicious, fortunately my mother knows how to cook." Hehe, actually I don't know how to cook. I just love to learn to cook. After all, I am even happier when I see the people I love eating happily.

Steps for Grilled shrimp with apple and garlic flavor

1
Ingredients: River shrimp. Ingredients: green pepper, red pepper, onion, garlic, apple, butter, salt, cooking wine, black pepper.
2
After washing the river shrimp, cut off the shrimp gun and shrimp whiskers, and cut a slice horizontally on the back of the shrimp to the depth of about two-thirds of the shrimp meat. Be careful not to cut it through. Then pick out the shrimp line, sprinkle with cooking wine and a little salt. Marinate for 20 minutes.
3
String the marinated river shrimps on bamboo sticks (you can spread them directly on a tin foil baking sheet without bamboo sticks).
4
Cut apples, garlic cloves, green and red peppers, and green onions into shredded pieces, add a little salt and black pepper and mix well, then use the microwave to stir for a while until the butter melts and mix well. Set aside.
5
Place the chopped apples and garlic on the back of the sliced shrimp.
6
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, add shrimp and garlic, and bake over high heat for 10-15 minutes.Grilled shrimp with apple and garlic flavor Make Tips
◎I'm out of mozzarella cheese at home; otherwise it would have been even tastier with a little more cheese sprinkled on top.
◎Garlic pairs perfectly with seafood, and together they are very savory and aromatic. I also added some minced apple, which tones down the garlic flavor a bit but makes it even more fragrant.
