Dried tofu is the name in Northeast China, and many other places call it Qianzhang, Baiye, Doupi, etc.

  • dried tofu 300g
  • pepper 100g
  • onion appropriate amount
  • soy sauce appropriate amount
  • salt appropriate amount
  • MSG appropriate amount
  • water starch appropriate amount

    300g of dried tofu, 100g of pepper, and green onions.

    Cut the dried tofu into wide strips.
