I suddenly wanted to eat pizza today, but I was lazy to knead the dough and wait for fermentation ~ the mozzarella and bacon I bought last time are still lying in the refrigerator. I'm so sorry for them if I don't eat it!
This toast and bacon pizza is really super simple and delicious! Crispy toast slices served with sweet and sour ketchup, salty bacon, and fragrant cheese... Are you drooling?

Steps for Toast bacon pizza

1
First cut the bacon into slices and shred the mozzarella cheese (just use the plane we usually use to scrape shredded radishes).
2
Put the bacon in the pan and fry until done. (You don't need to put oil in the pan because the bacon itself has grease)
3
Spread the toast with ketchup.
4
Spread fried bacon on top of ketchup toast.
5
Finally sprinkle with mozzarella cheese. Place in the oven at 200 degrees for about 5 minutes. (Because bacon and toast slices are cooked, you can eat them as long as the cheese is melted.) The specific time still depends on the "temper" of each oven.
6
Although there is not much cheese, it is still brushed.
