sandwich
Sandwich's history is almost as old as bread, but it did not seem to have a specific name at first. There is also an interesting story about the origin of sandwich.
Sandwich was originally an unknown town in the southeast of England. There was an Earloof Sandwich named John Montagu in the town. He was a person who loved playing cards. He indulged in card games all day long and had forgotten to eat and sleep. The servant had difficulty serving his diet, so he put some dishes, eggs and sausage between two slices of bread and let him eat while playing cards.
Unexpectedly, Montagu was overjoyed when he saw this food, and casually called it a "sandwich". Later, when he was hungry, he would shout,"Bring the sandwich!" Other gamblers also followed suit and started eating sandwiches while playing cards. Soon, sandwich spread throughout the British Isles, then to mainland Europe, and later to the United States.
First of all, my sandwich is not for gamblers!
Breakfast is something I am willing to spend time preparing. Family members are overweight, so I shouldn't eat too much at dinner. Recently, lunch time has been relatively tense.
Of course, I created my own sandwich based on the appearance of the sandwich in my mind. I always think that since I DIY, I want to suit the taste of my family!

Steps for sandwich

  • Make step 0

Fried eggs. Put a little oil in the frying pan, put the eggs into a bowl first, warm the oil, slowly pour into the pan, and fry on both sides to brown. The purpose of this is to reduce the impact of the eggs directly into the pot and make the eggs rounder and more beautiful. I also learned from others and think the method is good. If I want to introduce it to you, I will omit anything that is troublesome. All shapes do not hinder eating.

    1. Crack the egg into a bowl first to reduce the impact of pouring it directly into the pan, keeping the egg in a more perfect shape. 2. You can use other ingredients you have at home, but vegetables need to be wiped dry first to prevent the toast from becoming soggy.
