Steps for braised pork ribs

Stir in the ribs with appropriate amount of salt and cooking wine, marinate for about half an hour to set aside.

Pour the pork ribs into a hot oil pan and fry over low heat until golden brown.

Pour ginger, garlic, red dried pepper, cinnamon, pepper, and star anise into the pan and stir fry, adding soy sauce and a little sugar during the process.
