Tiger skin chicken feet
By CamrenZieme
I can finally get a change of taste and give chicken feet a high-level treatment on the weekend. Just like braised pork with dried vegetables, it has to go through four processes of boiling, frying, soaking and steaming. The taste is naturally super excellent. It takes off the bones immediately after entering the mouth. It is really delicious. It is worthy of being a famous Cantonese tea. If you don't believe me, just give it a try.

Steps for Tiger skin chicken feet

1
Ingredients: chicken feet; ingredients: ginger, garlic, dried peppers, sugar, salt, five-spice powder, cooking wine, soy sauce, soy sauce, oyster sauce, white pepper powder, Laoganma soy sauce, sesame oil, white vinegar, honey.
2
Put the washed and cut chicken feet into water, add cooking wine and ginger slices, cook for about 2 minutes, and then remove.
3
Soak the chicken feet in water and wash off the foam.
4
Dry the chicken feet with moisture on the skin, brush them with a mixture of honey and white vinegar, and then dry them to prevent oil splashing during frying.
5
Pour the oil into the pan and cook it until it is 50 to 60% hot, add the chicken feet and fry it. (Remember to cover the lid and be careful not to be splashed by the oil)
6
Pick up the fried golden chicken feet and drain the oil. Put them in cold water (ice water is better) and soak them for at least 1 hour.
7
Prepare seasonings when soaking, mix ginger, garlic, dried peppers, sugar, salt, five-spice powder, cooking wine, soy sauce, soy sauce, oyster sauce, white pepper powder, Laoganma soy sauce, and sesame oil into a sauce for later use.
8
Place the soaked chicken feet on a plate and place them in a steamer to steam for about 15 minutes.
9
After 15 minutes, pour the sauce onto the steamed chicken feet, mix well, and steam for another 20 minutes.
