This is a revision of Mapo tofu. The peppers of Mapo tofu are removed, and the minced meat is changed into slices of meat. How delicious the pork slices taste... Tofu I chose brine tofu, which has a unique aroma. I like it very much. Spicy tofu is the most popular dish on my table. It was also my last dish for the [Double Festival Celebration] event. Steps for spicy tofu

Add egg white, salt and starch to size the meat slices.

Cut tofu into small cubes.
