I bought mozzarella cheese because I wanted to learn how to make pizza, but I made it a few months ago. My husband and daughter don't like eating mozzarella cheese. It's like beef tendons in the mouth, so the high-priced cheese has been frozen in the refrigerator for a long time, and I have to find a way to get rid of it, so I made this [Zhixin Potato Ball]. My daughter eats the mashed potato skin outside, and I eat the cheese heart. Haha, it seems that I got a lot cheaper! It's not bad to eat potato balls dipped in ketchup. You know, ketchup is the little girl's favorite!

Steps for Zhixin potato balls
