Steps for Pork bamboo shoots

According to the packaging instructions, after opening, the bamboo shoots must be boiled in water for a few minutes before slicing.

This is cured bacon from my own home. Cut it into slices.

Cut garlic into sections.

Stir fry the garlic sprouts first to give them a fragrance and serve for a while before using.

Then stir-fry the bacon, just for a while.

Then add the bamboo shoots and stir fry together, add a little water and simmer for a while, then add a small spoon of Laoganma chili sauce and continue to stir fry.

Finally, pour in the stir-fried garlic sprouts and you can basically serve them on the plate. There is no need to add salt because the Laoganma chili sauce is salty enough and the bacon is salty.
