Steps for cold noodles

Fresh alkali noodles.

Bring water to a boil, add alkali flour to boil quickly over high heat. (The noodles cooked on a low heat do not taste good)

Then pick it up and put it into a bowl. (Move quickly, otherwise the alkali noodles will be soft and affect the taste.)

Pour in the oil quickly. (In my hometown, rapeseed oil is used, but I can only use Arowana instead)

Then blow it cool with a fan.

Total seasoning score: Add salt, sugar, pepper, monosodium glutamate, soy sauce, and vinegar first.

Then add garlic water.

Then add pepper oil, sesame oil, and red oil.

Add a few peanuts, chopped green onion, and coriander. (The last two things need to be chopped up)

Spicy and delicious cold noodles are ready.
