Steps for Fried golden wind fish

Ingredients: Golden wind fish flour, dried chili powder, seasoning: onion, garlic, ginger, pepper (cut and fried) and appropriate amount of soy sauce and oil.

Mix flour and dried chili powder well and set aside.

After processing the fish, cut the fish slightly twice, wash it with dry water, and evenly wrap the fish with flour.

Heat the pan and add appropriate amount of oil to heat it. Fry over low heat until slightly browned, turning and continuing to fry.

Fry the hottest until golden on both sides and ready to serve.

Saute green onions, garlic and shredded ginger until fragrant beforehand. Cut the pepper into sections.
