Steps for Pan-fried pork ribs

1
Serve the ribs well, cut them off, and place them in clear water for three to four hours. The time must be long enough, otherwise the ribs will not be easy to bite and will easily smell.
2
Remove it, add 1 tablespoon of salt and half a tablespoon of MSG, stir well and place it in the refrigerator to marinate for an hour.
3
Add a small amount of oil to the pan and heat it up.
4
Add the marinated ribs and fry slowly with water and heat.
5
Cook for five minutes and add soy sauce.
6
Wait until both sides are burnt yellow, sprinkle in pepper powder, cumin powder, and paprika powder, and stir well.
7
Then sprinkle in the chopped green onion and stir out of the pan. I fried the big roots before and after for about 20 minutes. Everyone depends on the size of your ribs, just fry them until both sides are browned.

I found that it tasted better when it was cold, and various seasonings tasted better. My son ate half of the plate.
