Braised mutton chops

Braised mutton chops
My husband and I actually both love eating mutton. My body is cold and my stomach is cold. After eating it, I feel warm and my stomach is very comfortable. My husband purely loves eating mutton. Except that our family does not eat mutton frequently in summer, we always have a meal every other time to satisfy our cravings.

The elephant said that he would have meat to eat if he followed the spotted master!! This little girl's observation power is really impressive. Looking back on my post, oh my God ~~~~~~ There are really no vegetarian dishes, especially during this time. It is understandable that I am getting fat, I have too much meat!

Steps for Braised mutton chops

  • Make step 0
    1
Cut fresh lamb chops into large pieces, not too small. I love eating meat in large pieces. In addition, appropriate amount of onion, ginger, pepper, star anise, fragrant leaves, cumin, and a little cinnamon. One onion, white radish and carrot.
  • Make step 1
    2
Wash the lamb chops and put them into the pan with water. Add pepper, star anise, cinnamon, fragrant leaves, onions, ginger, and cumin. Then bring it to a boil over high heat. If it is a normal pot, simmer over low heat for two hours, or if it is a pressure cooker, half an hour is enough.

Take this opportunity to cut the red and white radish into hob pieces. Slice onions.
  • Make step 3
    4
Place in a separate pot and put the red and white radishes into the pot and cook for five minutes. Remove and set aside.
  • Make step 4

The mutton chops are finally braised and the meat is very crisp. Although the pressure cooker is fast, the taste is not as good as that of ordinary pots on low heat. Pick up the onions and ginger and don't want them.
  • Make step 5
    6
Separately cut ginger slices, garlic, and red pepper.
  • Make step 6
    7
Heat the oil and fry the pepper, pepper and garlic slices.
  • Make step 7

Then add the onions and stir fry, add the original mutton chop soup, add the mutton chop, make sure the soup does not cover the mutton chop, add red and white radishes, boil again, add salt, add soy sauce, and chicken essence.
  • Make step 8
    9
Boil for two or three minutes and the soup is almost ready. Remove from the pan and sprinkle with chives.
