After buying malt and learning to make malt whole wheat steamed buns, I increased the proportion of whole wheat flour and malt.

Bite the water until warm, add the yeast, stir evenly, then add the medium-gluten flour and whole wheat flour and mix with your hands to form a smoother and malleable dough, then rub in the malt little by little with your hands; ferment in a warm environment for about 30-40 minutes.

Roll out the dough into a square shape after fermentation, and then slowly roll it into a long strip.

Cut into extruded pieces, rub into the shape shown in the picture, wake for 20 minutes, then put in a steamer, and steam in cold water for about 20 minutes.
