Steps for Stewed beef

Material: Ox tendon.

Spices: onion, star anise, fragrant leaves, tsaoko, cinnamon, dry red pepper, pepper.

Wash the beef, soak in clean water for 1 hour, and change the water once in between.

Pour enough water into the pan, add the beef, bring to a boil, and continue to cook for about 5 minutes until all the blood has separated out.

Pick up the beef and rinse off the foam on the surface with clean water.

Put all the spices, onions, ginger, soy sauce, white sugar, and beef into an electric pressure cooker, and pour in clear water. The water should not exceed the beef; transfer to the stewed meat stand for 20 minutes.

Remove the stewed beef.
