Yesterday for my husband's birthday, I bought several lute leg side dishes from the supermarket. After hesitation about how to do it, I decided to give everyone a grilled chicken leg in sauce for dinner, still marinating it with the sauce I concocted. The chicken legs roasted in this way before are quite popular in our home! This time, I switched to bigger pipa legs and imagined holding a chicken leg in my hand and eating meat in a big gulp.
