Cocoa cake
The bread maker arrived the day before yesterday, and I made a big bread that night. I didn't know if it would work, so I wasn't happy to take pictures. That day, I didn't have enough high-gluten flour at home. I also added some ordinary flour. I always felt very uneasy, but when I saw the big bread, my worries were swept away. It was so successful. At 12 o'clock in the night, the house was filled with the aroma of bread. In fact, the taste was a taste of success, haha!

I went home last night and continued to toss and look at the complimentary recipes. There were cakes on them. Although there was no low flour, it could be replaced by mixing ordinary flour and corn starch, so I got busy again!

  • Cocoa cake Make Tips

    1. The butter must be melted in advance. 2. You should mix the wet ingredients evenly first, then slowly add the sifted dry ingredients. I followed the bread-making procedure, putting all the wet ingredients in first and then adding the dry ones, only to find out I was wrong after checking the book! 3. 1 tablespoon = 15ml, 1 teaspoon = 5ml, 1 cup of flour = 144g
