Perhaps cold Italian noodles are more luxurious in everyone's impression. Eating in restaurants is expensive, and the taste may not necessarily suit your taste.
So, I made this Italian style cold noodles with ordinary ingredients myself. I hope everyone likes it!

Steps for Italian cold noodles

Ingredients: I use ordinary raw ramen, smoked shredded ham, boiled asparagus, 1/4 onion, 1 clove of garlic, 2 tomatoes (preferably cooked, peeled and diced), boiled eggs. Moderate amount of olive oil, moderate amount of black pepper, a little basil leaves, moderate amount of salt, and moderate amount of sugar.

The ketchup is cooked by yourself: chop garlic into minced pieces, chop onions into minced pieces, place them in the pan in turn, saute until fragrant, then add diced tomatoes, add appropriate amount of seasoning, and stir-fry into a sauce.

Make your own ketchup.

Place dough well (not too bad), rinse with cold water, cool in ice water, and drain.

Add a little olive oil, salt, pepper and mix well.

Add the cut material.

Pour on the cooked ketchup and add a few slices of eggs.
