Steps for Sugar and oil fruit

Add water to the glutinous rice flour and make a slightly soft dough.

Rub into small glutinous rice balls of similar size.

Pour oil and sugar into the pan (ratio 3;1).

Stir fry continuously over medium to medium heat.

Stir fry until the sugar melts (don't fry it too burnt, it will be bitter).

Add the kneaded small glutinous rice balls.

Stir-fry constantly until each piece is evenly covered with syrup.

Let each dumpling heat evenly.

The oil temperature must be controlled well. If the oil temperature is high, the glutinous rice balls will crack (be careful not to burn them).

Place the fried glutinous rice balls on a plate and sprinkle with some white sesame seeds.
