Steps for twice-cooked pork

1
Pork leg pork with skin (I use pork belly).
2
Wash the pork leg meat, put appropriate amount of water, ginger slices, spring onions, and boiled water into the pan. Add the meat and cook until just cooked (about 7 minutes, you can poke through the meat with chopsticks).
3
Pick up, soak in cold water slightly, and drain.
4
Cut the meat into large thin slices about 4 centimeters wide.
5
Green pepper (I didn't buy green garlic), garlic, ginger, onion, salt, monosodium glutamate, sugar, soy sauce.
6
Cut green peppers into hob pieces, slice green onions, ginger and garlic.
7
Pi County bean paste.
8
Heat the oil in a frying pan, add the bean paste, and stir fry until the red oil is fragrant.
9
After stir-fry the bean paste until fragrant, add green onions, ginger, and garlic slices, stir fry.
10
Add the meat slices and stir-fry them slightly, until the meat slices are slightly rolled, add green peppers, add sugar, MSG, a little soy sauce, and if the bean paste is salty, you can use no salt. Just stir fry it a few times.
11
Load the plate and serve the table.
