Fried fish slices with fresh bamboo shoots
By AaliyahWeber
It is said that tilapia tastes bad and tastes like mud, and the ones sold here are very cheap. There are two more fish sellers in the vegetable market next to my home. The fish sold are relatively fresh, and none of them are farmed. I tried it, and the tilapia they sold actually tasted good. It lost the mud taste. The boss said it was pure and wild, haha!
