Pork and cilantro wonton
By HubertLind
I made some quick-frozen pork meatballs yesterday and prepared enough meat filling. I planned to make some wontons by the way. It has been cold these past two days, so I will have a bowl of hot wontons and eat and drink. It will definitely be very comfortable ~

Chop the meat and add the green onions and ginger.
5
Add some shredded coriander, salt, chicken essence and sesame oil and mix well to make wonton filling.

Place the dough on a chopping board, roll it into a dough about 1mm thick, and cut it into wonton skin shapes (isosceles trapezoid).
7
Wrap the filling using traditional techniques.

Wrap and shape.

Sprinkle a little starch into the container holding raw wontons in advance to prevent adhesion.
