stir-fried crab with onions and ginger
By JaydaJacobi
Although crabs are eaten all year round, autumn is the best season to eat crabs. The 9th to 10th months of the lunar calendar every year is the time when crabs are yellow, oily, thick, tender, and delicious. In order to highlight the delicacy of crabs, they are usually eaten steamed. Today, I changed my taste and served a dish of [Stir-fried Crab with Scallion and Ginger]. If you like spicy food, it would be good to add some dried shredded pepper.
