Curried potato chicken nuggets

My father's friend gave me a box of various Thai curry sauces, including all kinds of red, yellow and green curries, but he couldn't eat them, so I took them back. In fact, I don't really like curry either, and potatoes don't catch a cold, but my LG really likes this taste. When paired with potato chicken nuggets, he can eat twice as much as usual.

Ingredients: 50g Thai yellow curry sauce in a pack, 200ml coconut milk in a box, 200g chicken, a potato, carrots, onions, and a little sugar.

Cook coconut milk over low heat until it boils.

Add the yellow curry paste and stir well to melt.

Add chicken and cook, then add 200 ml of water and boil until boiling.

Add potatoes, carrots, and onions.

Cook until thick.

Finally add appropriate amount of white sugar.
