Steps for Braised potatoes with chicken

Chop and wash the chicken ginger and diced potatoes.

After soaking the chicken nuggets in water, stir-fry with ginger until fragrant and serve for later use.

Stir fry pepper, ginger, garlic, bean paste, star anise, cinnamon and leaves in hot oil until fragrant.

Pour in the chicken nuggets and stir fry well.

Pour in the chopped potato pieces.

Add hot water to boil and simmer over low heat (provide enough water at one time).

Collect the juice over high heat (if you like soup, don't drain the water, you can give it some pepper).

Remove from the pot and plate, sprinkle with some coriander to garnish.
