Apple bag
By MarcelleKris
These are apple buns and hedgehog buns made a long time ago. My husband likes to eat fried ones, so half fried and half steamed. Hehe, they are very delicious. It just doesn't look very good.
Recipe Recommendations
- spinach juice a large glass
- red bean paste appropriate amount
- milk appropriate amount
Steps for Apple bag

1
Add milk to spinach juice and flour. Don't add white sugar to make you fat. Add brown sugar to change color. Flour is self-produced flour. It only needs to make 15 cents. It's just a little expensive. I think it's fine as long as I don't waste my time.2
After 15 to 20 minutes at room temperature, start kneading for another 15 minutes and start making red bean paste.

Wrap it up! Very sophisticated, right? Hehe? My mom used to open a breakfast shop (when she was a little girl!) So when I was 16, she taught me how to make a lot of breakfast.4
I've wrapped a plate. I originally used wolfberry to make apple handles, but I remembered that I used up the soup last week and never bought it ~~ Sigh ~ Forget it, use red bean paste and some flour as a handle ~! (Just laugh hard) Haha! In fact, I also find it very ugly.

I also wrapped it in hedgehog bags. It's very cute. The thorns on my back are cut by scissors. It's very simple.
6
I only packed 5 little hedgehogs ~~~ Try harder to pack more.
7
Finally, the package is completed, so happy ~! Take a photo and show it to my husband. Half steamed and half fried. It's time to start.

I forgot to take pictures of the steamed ones. My colleague came over and ate 3 or 4 and took two for her boyfriend. The rest was eaten by my husband, and there were also 3 little hedgehogs. I fried them... Sigh ~~ I didn't eat any of them.

Poor little hedgehog, steam it first and then cool it, then dip it in water once before frying it ~~~ The outside is burnt and tender inside!! It's delicious.
