    Wash the green peppers, remove the stalks, and beat them slightly to avoid bursting and draining when preheating.

    Note: Choose the green peppers according to your own taste. The ones I used are basically not spicy, so I didn't remove the seeds! I made this following my mom's old recipe! I love it! You can also add some minced garlic when adding the oil!
