This time, I found a recipe for making bread with whole wheat flour and oatmeal from Teacher Meng's book. It uses the Chinese seed method. I used to try the direct method and the soup seed method before, but now I try the Chinese seed method and learn to make it for the first time. I have halved the amount of the recipe.
