I envy Sisi for having an oven, so I can only use a pot to make it. However, different paths reach the same goal, both for the sake of delicious food. The two leaders in my family like it very much.

Steps for Red roasted chicken wings

Wash the chicken wings and marinate for half an hour with shredded ginger, mashed garlic, chopped green onion, soy sauce, barbecue sauce, and brown sugar.

Raise the oil pan, over medium heat, and fry the ginger, onion and garlic from the pickled chicken wings in the oil pan until fragrant.

Add chicken wings and stir fry.

Stir fry until both sides of the chicken wings are golden brown. Add the juice of the marinated chicken wings and cook the chicken wings over medium heat for a while to make them ripe.

Drain the juice and start the pan.
