Steps for Qingtian Horseshoe Salon

Peel and wash fresh water chestnut, drain.2
Tap fresh water hooves into evenly sized grains (like corn-sized).3
Add water chestnut grains with white sugar, mix well, then pat on cornflour and fried flour and mix well.4
Heat a pot of hot drips of oil and pour out for later use. Cook the pan, evenly spread the mixed ingredients on the bottom of the pot, and then gently sprinkle water on the ingredients.5
Slowly add hot oil along the edge of the pan, fry the water chestnut over low heat and slowly fry until set. After frying thoroughly, turn to high heat to increase the oil temperature.6
Remove the filter oil. Cut it into the shape you like and make it strong.
