When making this dish, I like and am accustomed to using old vinegar. If you don't want the color to darken, you can also stir-fry it with white vinegar. What's the taste? I haven't tried it either, but this dish fried with old vinegar is very delicious!

Steps for hot and sour potato silk

Minced green onions, sliced garlic, shredded green peppers;
