Hurricane cake
I don't like cakes that are too sweet myself, so I don't put too much sugar in this cake. Those who like sweets can increase them according to their preferences.

Steps for Hurricane cake

1
Separately place the egg whites and egg yolks in two water-free and oil-free basins, beat the egg yolks, add 1 cup milk and appropriate amount of sugar and mix well.
2
Add a quarter cup of cooking oil, stir well, and add sifted flour in two portions.
3
Mix the egg powder paste.
4
Add a few drops of white vinegar or lemon juice to the egg white and stir;
5
When beaten to this state, add the first white sugar.
6
When beaten to this state, add the second white sugar; continue to beat.
7
When beating to this state, add white sugar for the last time and continue to beat.
8
When you pull up the egg beater, the corners of the egg batter will be straight.
9
Add the beaten egg white paste to the egg yolk paste, stir evenly with a cut or cross method, and then add it for the second time, and complete it in 3 times in total.
10
Pour the stirred cake paste into the mold, grab both sides with your hands, and shake it hard on the table a few times to shake out the bubbles inside; put it in the oven.
11
When working in the oven, it is 160 degrees for about an hour. I use a rotating hot air oven from top to bottom. The ovens of each house are different, and the length of time can be adjusted by yourself.
12
After 1 hour, take out the baked cake, upside it down on the cooling rack, let it cool, and release it.

After demoulding, the cake can be decorated on it, or it can be smeared with jam, or it can be cut into slices and eaten directly. It is very delicate and fragrant! This is to apply my own apple jam. (Don't doubt it! The applesauce is indeed white when made directly. I thought it wasn't very good, so I added some brown sugar.

Cut it into slices and eat it, and can't wait to take a bite! Hehe... It was so delicious that even my husband, who never eats sweets, ate a big piece!
