Steps for Country fried chicken

Onions, green, red peppers, ginger, garlic and shallot.

Chop the chicken into dices and marinate it with salt, cooking wine, pepper and ginger.

Cut the onions, ginger and garlic into small pieces, and cut the green and red peppers and onions into sections.

Put the marinated diced chicken into the frying pan.
